seniors | the woodlands senior photographer

A few weeks ago, I had the awesome opportunity to travel up to the Dallas area with my good friend, Donna from Donna Quarles Studio & Gallery.   We met up with a group of incredible friends and photographers for some girl time and lots of goofing off  serious photography-related discussion and activity.

We spent an awesome afternoon in Deep Ellum with six beautiful girls on a rockin photo shoot.  I had such a great time.   Thanks to Jamie Woodward and all the sweet girls and fabulous women who were there.  It was an amazing weekend.

I’m so shamefully behind on blogging here.  This session actually took place a few months ago, but it’s just too awesome not to share.  Lauren is just one of my absolute favorite people to photograph.  I’m sure you can tell why . . .

Sara and I met up a few days ago for her senior session.    We had so much fun!   We explored old fishing boats, played in the street, walked miles in high heels and even dared to go where no woman has gone before. ;)

Don’t let her beauty fool you.   Sara is way more than just a pretty face.   She’s also an accomplished oboeist.   She and The Woodlands High School Band will be traveling to New York City to play at Carnegie Hall this week.  Congrats to Sara and all the band members!   That’s quite an accomplishment!

“That girl.”   That’s how my daughter Rowan has always referred to our beautiful friend, Karen.  No idea why, really.  But she’s always just adored her and followed her around and called her “that girl.”  :)

And I absolutely can’t believe that “that girl” is about to graduate from high school!   Wow!

Thanks so much for allowing me the pleasure of taking your senior portraits, Karen.  I can’t wait to see you again in the Spring!

And this last one is just for Karen, because I know she will LOVE it.  ;)
